GH-Could this be the end of Sonny and Carly's friendship? And Sonny and Jason's frienship?

Question

Now that Michael has been shot, do you think this could be the end of Carly and Sonny's friendship? Do you think she'll try to keep him away from her kids, now that Michael has been hurt so badly, and he was careless?

And do you think this could be the end of Jason's friendship w/Sonny as well? Sonny was trying to blame Jason yesterday, for not protecting Michael (although Sonny was the one who wanted to take him to the warehouse, and called off all the bodyguards, which Jason told him not to do). Do you think that will be the final straw for Jason, and that he might quit the mob now?

It's so strange to think about this b/c Sonny/Carly/Jason are kind of like the dream team. They always stick together, and stand by each other. Do you think there will be a parting of ways, and if yes, why and how do you feel about it?

Personally, it makes me sad. Even though Carly butts in too much in Sonny and Jason's lives, I'll still be sad to see them all go their own way.

I think Carly is definitely going to stir up some trouble for Sonny and Kate out of anger and grief. She will take Sonny to court and get full custody of the kids and limit his visitations. After this, I wouldn't blame her. She has barely had enough time to process her miscarriage. She and Sonny will not be friendly for a while. Maybe it will be smoothed over a little when Michael wakes up from the coma.



As far as Jason and Sonny, I doubt it will cause a rift. Sonny knows deep down that this was his fault for telling the guards to take the night off. Jason and max practically begged him to tighten security, not loosen it. Sonny will probably apologize to Jason later when he starts blaming himself for what happened.



I am glad this is going tohappen because it is really going to change the dynamic of the show andit should start getting a little interesting now. I am hoping Jason leaves the mob as well and becomes a family man. But that is probably wishful thinking. LOL!!

For Sonny and Carly I think this could very much end their friendship. If not end it, it will never be the same. But I think Jax has alot to do with that also because he is showing her different views and Sonny's actions continue to prove him right. As for Jason and Sonny, I think they will continue to be friends. Jason will understand Sonnys hurt and need to take it out on someone and put up with it until Sonny begins to blame himself then Jason will offer support. Later Sonny will apoligize and Jason will accept it. Being that Sonny and Jason will still be friends he will more than likely be the mediator for Sonny and Carly so there will always be someone to keep each of them calm and allow them to deal with each other in ways that wont end both of their worlds, if that makes sense.....

i think that sonny and carly will fight about sonny being in his kids life and maybe for a while carly will make sure sonny does not, but i think in time sonny can't stay away from his kids and carly will come around (well that is what i hope happens)



as for sonny and jason they have been fighting a lot, and with jason today telling kate to leave and sonny yelling at jason for what happened. i think they were both wrong and just mad because of what happened, but i don't think this will be the end of them. i think is is going to be a while before all is forgotten and blows over thought.

I think that Carly and Sonny friendship is over ,and she will try to keep her kids away from Sonny as far as she can. A s for Sonny and Jason I don't think maybe he leave the business, but he'll always be there. It will be sad to see them go 2 against 1, but even when Sonny was dating Emily and when Sam got I thought it was over they tell came together , but this is child so I don't know.

This has got to be the last straw for Carly; time after time Sonny keeps making decisions about the kids without first consulting her and the last two times he did that, Michael suffered; once when Michael shot Kate and ran away and this time when Michael was shot in the head. Carly's allegiance to Sonny will end and she will seek revenge and unleash her wrath on both Sonny and Kate. Carly and Jax will fight Sonny in court over sole custody and ban Sonny from seeing the kids. Jason will side with Carly like he did outside the ER when he told Kate to either respect Carly as the mother or leave. Jason will have some more thinking to do about what his next move should be in regards to marrying Liz and claiming his son Jake; Jason may decide to leave the mob business altogether.



One thing that I don't like is when Sonny always put his girlfriends up on pedestals and shoving them in Carly's face. He knows how much Carly dislikes Kate and yet he has Kate standing next to him and butting in on a parental conversation or argument. Its a bit disrespectful for him to include kate in on the argument, he's not even engaged to Kate yet and I got the impression that Kate takes precedence over his kids cuz when he saw the flash of the rifle scope, he dove over to Kate and didn't remember his son until after someone else yelled call 911. If we take a look back to one of his past relationship with Sam McCall; when he threw Carly out the door and seized the kids from her and banned her from seeing them; Sonny wasn't thinking about his kids at that time, it was all about him and his selfish needs. I think its about time that the tables were turned on him and he is barred from his kids and see how he likes it.



Sonny has no one else to blame for his son's gunshot injuries but himself cuz he put his son in the line of fire and was stupid to give the bodyguards the day off. Even if he wanted to become a legitimate businessman, he is a target because he was/is a mob boss and even though there was truce between the Zaccharas and the Corinthos; there are other enemies out there that was to hurt Sonny and he knows it but because of his inability to make sound decisions, Michael had to pay with blood.

I think that in the end time heals all wounds and yes it was careless Sonny tends to go off and "think after he talks or acts" but eventually I things will settle down and I think they will be ok, this may be the end for Jason and the mob, they cannot get out that would be suicide but they can limit it this is the beginning of the end of something but something new always comes along.

I hope this severs things for Sonny and Carly... I think it will make things with her and Jax better(even though I hate Carly). Jax deserves a daughter and Carly needs to at least give him that, considering he puts up with all of her crap.

Idk about everyone else ...but I read that Jason is leaving the business and I am glad they did this. I can't wait to see him as a family man ...married and raising Jake. I liked when he was always with Micheal as a baby.

I think this soap need to give the stranglings, shootings, and deaths a rest! It could use some romance! Monica, Bobby, Robin, Sam, Nicolas & Maxie get none, revolving around death or otherwise.

I think Carly will cut him out now. She gets how dangerous his life is for sure I bet. But, will she apologize to Liz and Jason for criticizing them youcan bet not!



Sonny was way off base yesterday telling Jason he was the reason it happened. I was hoping that Jason would have knocked him out. Maybe Jason can walk away from the business now that he did this but maybe not. Jason is a pretty good guy and will think it was the grief talking.

i'm glad that jason stood up to kate on carly's behalf. if i was carly i would fly on kate and scratch her eyes out. i dont blame carly or jason for wanting to walk out on sonny if they do. i wouldnt blame carly or alexis for suing sonny for full custody of their kids. today i saw the kind of carly and jason relationship that was there in the early day when s.b. played carly.

yeah---i think this is going to change the dynamics of a LOT of relationships in Port Chuck! Hopefully it helps some of them get a little smarter about the decisions they've been making.
