Is "All My Children" your favorite soap? Why?

I used to watch about 4 soaps but I have narrowed it down to one, this one, "All My Children". I haven't seen it since March because of certain circumstances, but I still love it and look forward to being able to watch it five days a week in the future.

I absolutly LUV this show!

My mom and G-ma watched the very FIRST episode,(jan 5,1970) so growing up I watched it with them (like when I was home from school sick..summer vacation) I have watched it every day for almost 11yrs! If I am not home,I record it,or just watch it on soapnet!

I can not imagine a day going by without knowing what is going on in Pine Valley :)

Oh expensive, Thomas, i've got self belief i'm between the minority as i'm no longer a 'cleansing soap' fan. i discover them too depressing, aggressive, murderous, sleazy or farcical, or any blend. some years in the past I used to reveal screen Emmerdale Farm, in part as a results of fact it had a rural putting, greater often than not as a results of fact it became on basically till now or after Watch with mom. i ended staring at while a) the little ones grew up and b) while 'farm' became dropped. I even have caught a glimpse of one or 2 once I change the television on or over too early for the programme i elect to reveal screen,and now and returned see trailers, or watch greater beneficial than purely a glimpse to determine why everybody raves approximately them. as an occasion, owing to Terry Wogan, I had the television directly to determine who shot JR? - i became stripping wallpaper on a similar time so Dallas did no longer have my finished interest, ha ha, I could have basically listened to Terry.

I like it, my aunt and grandmother got me into it years ago, I haven't been able to watch it due to college, but I watched it last week now i'm not going to be able to watch it again because i'm starting a new job. Anyway yes I like it, I also like OLTL.

YESSSS!!!! All my children is the best ever. Alot of people don't like it but I can't see why. I think it is because all of the people who have watched for years and years has seen it change so much they just don't like the direction it's going especially since most of the storylines focus on the younger new characters. I've been watching for about 7 years and I absolutely love it. I tried to get into OLTL and GH but just can't, they just don't measure up.

Yes, only recently though, b/c of my discovery of Bianca and Maggie from youtube! BAM Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!! Therefore, AMC Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You made a wise choice. AMC is the best and my favorite too. At times I don't care for some storylines, but that happens in every soap.

Here's what's been going on lately:



Krystal had Tad's baby. Adam got meaner - if that's possible. Ryan and Annie got married. Greenlee (a new one) is back in Pine Valley. Bianca and Zarf/Zoe moved to Europe. Jack & Erica got divorced. Kendall is pregnant with Zach's baby. Lily has a half-sister who looks exactly like her (because it's the same actress playing both parts). lol

My mom watched it since it first aired, and now I do too. It just happens that it is the only soap I watch. I watch it 5 times a week, every week. I love it :)

Its not my favorite but I do watch it sometimes. If you haven't watched since March, you have missed alot!



Krystals baby is Tad's. Janet kidnapped her (with Adams help) and is back in jail.



Bianca moved back to Paris to be closer to Zoe/Zarf who went to London for his/her music career.



Greenlee is back - just as Ryan and Annie got married.



Kendall is pregnant



JR and Babe are getting divorced - even though they still love each other



Lilly's half sister Ava came to town
