Here are the facts:
Mrs C and Jill aren't mother/daughter.
Jill had Phillip Jr (Cane) with Phillip Chancellor (Mrs C's ex husband)
In his will Phillip Sr left Jill half of the Chancellor Estate.
Cane IS Jill's son hence the DNA result couldn't exclude Cane as dad.
Therefore:
Jill not being Mrs C's daughter WILL NOT affect Jill's part ownership of half of the Chancellor mansion, so Mrs C CANNOT kick her out.
Jill not being Mrs C's daughter WILL NOT affect Cane being a Chancellor because his father was the Chancellor
It will not affect Billy either because his father was John Abbott.
The ONLY people who will be affected by Jill not being Mrs Cs daughter will be Jill and Mrs C.

I couldn't have put it better myself! I was wondering why everyone kept saying Mrs. C was going to kick out Jill when she finds out they are not mother/daughter when it was Phillip Chancellor II(Jill had an affair with Katherine's then-husband, Phillip Chancellor II (Donnelly Rhodes) resulting in Jill becoming pregnant with his son), who left her half of the Chancellor estate.



And the people who are questioning if Cane is Jill's son, I was wondering if they realized that since the DNA test said Cane was not ruled out as Delia's father it was because Billy is his brother, so they have some of the same DNA because Jill is their mother.



Mrs. C & Jill have been through a lot together & have formed a mother/daughter bond regardless of DNA.

I agree with you on all those points except this one tiny little thing... Phillip Jr. is the father of Phillip III aka Cane. There is no mention of a Phillip Chancellor, Senior. However, Rhodes Donnelly played Phillip Chancellor, Jr and I remember when Katherine picked him when he returned after having obtained "quick divorce" so he could marry a pregnant Jill Foster. Katherine was drunk when Phillip Jr. got into the car, I think she ran off the road and Phillip died after marrying Jill. The divorce was ruled to be illegal and Jill's marry to Phillip was invalid.

As a matter of fact, I have answered question stating most of everything you just listed.

Why is Ms. Chancellor still allowed to drive? She has caused two fatal accidents. LOL!

It will affect Billy because ........

Mackenzie is Brock's daughter and Brock is Mrs C's son. If Jill is not Mrs. C's daughter then Billy would not be Mrs C's grandson therefore, Billy and Mackenzie would not be related which is the whole reason they broke up in the first place.

right...except for the chancelor company, Jill will not own it. It was left to her in Mrs.C's will but not in Phillip's. She only owns half of the home/property.
