SHAWN BRADY, brother of COLLEEN BRADY, husband of CAROLINE BRADY (no history on her maiden name). Married CAROLINE and had or raised the following children:
1. ROMAN AUGUSTUS BRADY, married 1-ANNA FREDRICKS, father of CARRIE BRADY; 2-MARLENA EVANS, a psychiatrist who came to Salem to treat Mickey Horton. ROMAN and MARLENA are the parents of twins SAMANTHA GENE BRADY (named for Marlena's sister, Samantha and her best friend, Eugene, a scientist and inventor) and ERIC BRADY (named for Shawn's brother, Eric). During this time was the "Roman 1" and "Roman 2" situation where there were both actors who portrayed "Roman Brady" on the show. Kinda confusing but very amusing. MARLENA became pregnant again and originally tried to tell Roman that the baby was his but it was really JOHN BLACK's daughter, Isabella (Belle) Black. Belle was named for John's first wife (and Victor Kiriakis' late daughter, Isabella aka "Izzy B"). Isabella gave birth to JOHN's son, BRADY BLACK, just before she died. (Sad, I watched and cried the whole day). Remember that it isn't until 2008 that we don't find out that JOHN BLACK was born RYAN BRADY and the son of COLLEEN BRADY, and the nephew of SHAWN BRADY. ROMAN was also married to KATE ROBERTS, the mother of LUCAS ROBERTS, whose father was BILL HORTON*. Yes, that makes LUCAS half brothers with MIKE HORTON*, former Chief of Staff at Salem University Hospital and AUSTIN REED, also son of KATE ROBERTS. BTW, they've all been either married to or involved with CARRIE BRADY. Is anyone confused yet? KATE and ROMAN have twins REX and CASSIE. (kinda confusing and I'd read the history on the website to be clear). REX was involved with Mimi (one time best friend of Belle) but when she found out she was pregnant, she had an abortion without telling Rex. Baaad mistake. Rex didn't want to have anything else to do with her.
2-KIMBERLY BRADY-Grandpa Shawn's "best and brightest", she was a troubled woman. Once married to SHANE DONOVAN, an agent with a world security agency (the initials escape me right now). They have two children: Andrew and Jeanie. Shane & KIMBERLY are divorced and she has since remarried and is living in Los Angeles.
3-KAYLA BRADY-once a registered nurse, she went back to school when she was living in Los Angeles. Married to STEVE JOHNSON; they have two children, STEPHANIE JOHNSON and JOE JOHNSON. Joe was named after Steve's mother, Josephine (Jo).
4-BEAUREGARD AURILYUS BRADY-Known to BO to his family. A " born rebel" in his own words. He had a tumultuous relationship with his "father" Shawn but they always pulled it together for the family. Bo was a police detective with the Salem PD and on the trail of notorious villan Victor Kiriakis when the unthinkable happened. He had a gun to Victor's head determined to pull the trigger. Caroline, standing between the two, screamed, "you can't kill him...he's your father!" They were both surprised. It seems that Victor and Caroline had an affair when she got pregnant. Bo was still determined to bring Victor down. BO married his "Fancy Face", HOPE ALICE WILLIAMS*. They are the parents of SHAWN DOUGLAS BRADY, ZACH BRADY (deceased) and CIARRA BRADY. BO is also the father of CHELSEA BRADY, whose mother is BILLIE HOLLIDAY REED, sister of AUSTIN REED, half sister of LUCAS ROBERTS and daughter of KATE ROBERTS.
5-FRANKIE BRADY-adopted-was really CARLY's brother. Was JENNIFER HORTON's first love. Became an attorney.
6-MAX BRADY-adopted-abused by his father, Trent and his mother was deceased when he came on the show. A former race car driver; once involved with Chelsea Brady, then Stephanie Brady.
