OMG!!! I just found out that the original Barnabas Collins of Dark Shadows died on April 13 which was Friday?

which was Friday the 13th just a few weeks ago! This took me by surprise since for the last few years I had been Googling his name and keeping up to speed on the fact that he was still alive. I loved his role on Dark Shadows! I really got into the show and how they went back and showed how Barnabas became a vampire! Did you know he had died? Did you even know who Barnabas Collins was? Ever watched Dark Shadows?

No..... I didn't know he died and that's a shame because he had a HUGE following and its just not right to find out 3 weeks later.

Yes I knew he died RIP...Yes as a youngster we ran home from school just to watch Dark Shadow everyday..I thought he was great, it was a soap opera in the afternoon..He has a small part in the new movie "Dark Shadow" with Johnny Depp, I really want to see it too..but I might have to wait until it comes out on DVD..=)

Yes, I knew he had died. Yes, I watched Dark Shadows during its original run. (Yes, I'm THAT old). He is going to make a cameo in the new Johnny Depp Dark Shadows movie as a party guest.
